Civil society neighbourhood newsletter provides the information on EU policies and funding opportunities related to Western Balkan countries, Turkey and Neighbourhood  countries - especially Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Russia. It also intends to disseminate the information about best practices for partnership building and networking between CSOs from the new member states and neighbouring countries as well as about effective advocacy campaigns run at the EU and national levels. This newsletter has been elaborated under the 4th phase of Information, Training and Scholarship programme " Connecting the EU and Neighbourhood civil society", which was selected for funding by C.S. Mott Foundation.
