Speech by Tony Venables, Director of ECAS
On 19 February 2013 Mr Tony Venables, Director of ECAS participated in an European Parliament hearing on EU citizenship entitled “Making the most of EU citizenship”. Mr Venables sat on Panel I entitled “Strengthening EU Citizenship” and gave a speech which made the case for the creation of a European Citizen’s Charter and elaborated on what would be included in such a document.
