The Center for Legal Resources is a non-governmental organization founded in December 1998 whose mission is to promote the respect for human rights, minority rights, equal opportunities, diversity and plurality of opinions. In accordance with its mission, the Center’s aims are to support the establishment of a legal and institutional framework safeguarding the enjoyment of the rights and the protection of the values mentioned above through effective rule of law, long lasting and efficient institutions, and free access to a fair trial for all individuals.
