Here is a concept paper for a European citizenship and civil society house - CONCEPT PAPER

Our aim at this stage is to test the water and find out how many organisations might be interested in coming together under one roof. It will take time, both to bring together a group of organisations and to find and organise the premises, so please think of this as a project to be prepared in 2009 and maybe realised from 2010.
