In the Civil Society Forum, this year held on 8 October 2008, in the context of the Open Days - European week of Regions and cities, ECAS wants to investigate if it is possible that in a wider union of 27 Member states, the future of the cohesion policy could be defined in terms of a shared system of governance as much as by shared priorities.
